TECH EHS Solution is hiring Fresher/Junior AI Engineers with 0–2 years of experience for a full-time, in-office role in Surat, India. The role focuses on building real-world AI solutions for the Industrial Health & Safety domain, including RAG chatbots, LLMs, NLP applications, image-based hazard detection, and generative AI. Responsibilities include developing AI chatbot solutions, creating dashboards and data insights with NLP features, integrating and testing AI models and APIs, preparing training data, processing documents, building image-based hazard detection and AI recommendation modules, researching new tools, and collaborating with senior developers on enterprise AI projects. Strong Python programming skills are mandatory; candidates must be able to write, understand, and debug code independently rather than relying solely on AI-assisted coding. Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, APIs, JSON, SQL/NoSQL, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, document indexing, and Git is relevant.
