Build and deploy AI-native systems that power reliable AI agents. Own the engineering lifecycle, from solution design and coding to testing, deployment, and production debugging. Improve agent workflows, tool integrations, evaluation, observability, and failure recovery while balancing performance, cost, and speed. Requirements: 2–4 years of software engineering experience, hands-on AI agent development, strong knowledge of APIs, databases, system design, and production debugging, with experience owning production systems at a product startup or scale-up.
