The role involves managing annotation projects from launch through delivery, leading annotators and Pod Leads, setting daily targets, monitoring productivity, quality, and turnaround times, coaching team members, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with QA, tooling, and project teams. Candidates should have 4–6 years of overall professional experience and at least 2 years of team leadership experience. Strong team management and performance tracking skills are required.
