Evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple chatbots, assessing outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and clarity. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information; provide structured feedback and final assessments; maintain evaluation quality; and meet productivity targets. Requirements include 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, testing, or a similar role; strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; and the ability to follow detailed guidelines, work independently, and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, and online platforms is required. Experience in chatbot evaluation, LLM testing, or data-quality projects is an advantage.
